The Merage Foundation - Israel and the Negev Development Authority have joined in a strategic think tank for public relations and marketing of the Negev, providing economic and cultural information to the public in an unprecedented, organized and concentrated manner. Working closely with a leading public relations firm, the Negev Development Authority, and the Forum for Tourism, the Merage Foundation - Israel is engaging the spokesmen of the Negev authorities in a consolidated effort to promote the region, the Merage Foundation - Israel projects, and other special events held throughout the year.
Since initiating philanthropic work in the Negev, the Merage Foundation - Israel team serves as a central, pivotal element in bringing together the leaders of Israel and the Negev regional councils.
