Kiryat Gat After School Program

In the city of Kiryat Gat, the Merage Foundation - Israel sponsors an educational program for children, ages 8-12, from hard-working and problematic socio-economic backgrounds. The program includes enrichment activities, personal tutoring and academic tasks to improve the children's academic achievement. Children are also provided two hot meals per day, social activities and field trips, supporting them in their overall success. In addition, the Merage Foundation - Israel and the Rashi organization renovated the clubhouse where the program is led.
