Neve Ur Student Village

The old city of Acre was declared by UNESCO as a world heritage center and is a rare pearl in the Israeli panorama. The student village was built in the summer of 2007 inside the old city. Preserved buildings on the waterfront were renovated and today 20 students, Jewish and Arab, are living in the village. Eight pre-army volunteers also live in the village and take part in community work in the city.
